Synopsis from the book: They’re out for your soul and they don’t have heaven in mind….

Willow knows she’s different from other girls, and not just because she loves tinkering with cars. Willow has a gift. She can look into the future and know people’s dreams and hopes, their sorrows and regrets, just by touching them. She has no idea where this power comes from. But the assassin, Alex, does. Gorgeous, Mysterious Alex knows more about Willow than Willow herself does. He knows that her powers link to dak and dangerous forces and that he’s one of the few humans left who can fight them. When Alex finds himself falling in love with his sworn enemy, he discovers that nothing is as it seems, least of all good and evil.

My¬†thoughts: I mainly picked this book up at the library because it not only has an interesting cover, but also the Synopsis sounded really interesting to me. Once I started reading this book, I just couldn’t put it down. I just fell in love with Willow and Alex. This is another one of those books that are going on the theme of Angels. The Angels in this book are a different view from what has been previously portraid in other books, such as Fallen by Lauren Kate and Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. They are a little more sinister and something to fear then be admired, but the only ones who know the real truth about Angels, are Alex, who’s mother was killed by an Angel. Willow who after coming across an Angel after doing a reading for a fellow school mate, she slowly finds out that the Angels aren’t what they seem to be. Everything both Alex and Willow thought they knew about Angels and themselves changes. I loved reading this book and loved the character’s. L.A. Weatherly’s Angel Burn is a book that you can get lost in. I hope other’s will check it out.
